TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pretty Girl Parties provide a service to our clients to prepare and organise parties for a
pre-arranged amount of guests at the client’s home or where required at other suitable venues.

BOOKINGS

We take preliminary bookings either by phone, e-mail or letter, which must be confirmed within 7 days, by paying a deposit dependent on which party. (see cancellations), which is banked and deducted from the total price of the party. We reserve the right to book another party over the preliminary booking if the deposit has not been paid within the timescale required. The Final balance is payable in cash on the day of the party. Pretty girl parties will not be held responsible for any cash deposit payments being lost in the post (Please do not send cash in the post). All bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Please make all cheques payable to Kim Tapper or Pretty Girl Parties.

CANCELLATIONS

Should Pretty Girl Parties have to cancel any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances,
a full refund of any monies paid will be given and we will endeavour to satisfy the clients requirements wherever possible. Should clients wish to cancel a party, the deposit will not be refunded although we will try to accommodate an alternative date for a party

CONDITIONS

Parents or guardians will need to complete a parent/guardian consent form for each child attending a party, which must be returned to the host prior to or on the day of  the party. Consent forms will be issued at the same time as booking form. All personal information will be held on file for sole use of Pretty girl parties and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Pretty girl parties reserve the right to refuse treatments to any child whose parent/ guardian has not signed the aforementioned consent form.

LIABILITY

Pretty Girl Parties hold public liability insurance  and takes the upmost care to ensure the safety
of all party guests. We only use high quality products and follow strict hygiene routines.
Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a party or thereafter.
All allergies, ailments, infestations or viruses of guests or clients, which may affect the party in any way, must be reported prior to the party date. We cannot accept liability for events outside the company’s control to include hazards/ dangers within the home or chosen venue.

A table covering which is plastic must cover any tables that we use. This should be covered before our arrival.

We will not take responsibility for any damage to tables that have not been covered.
